Global Wind Group Inc (GWG) is actively seeking Integrators and Distributors in areas where we are not already represented and due to high demand we would be delighted for your company to represent and promote GWG products in your area.

We propose a simple Integrator relationship which entitles you to purchase our renewable energy products at a discount from our suggested retail prices.

This relationship is non-exclusive; however GWG will commit to not appoint other Integrators in the vicinity of your territory. GWG will also refer potential customers from your territory to you and include your contact information on the distributor page of our website.

Distributors

We identify a company or companies to distribute our product within the given territory. Normally there is a fee associated with this between $25,000USD and $100,000USD depending on what part of the world it is. The distributors then have an inventory of our product to supply the Integrators in the given territories.

Integrators

The Integrators sell our products to the end users. The Integrator is responsible for the installation of the product and receives a 12%-18% commission on all sales (depending on quantity) and excluding installation. We provide the Integrator with all the marketing materials, training and support to help them succeed in representing our products. The Integrator is responsible to attend sales and installation training at our head offices in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada within the first 3 months of signing the Integrator agreement. The costs associated with travel, accommodations, etc are the Integrators responsibility. It is not mandatory to buy a unit to become an Integrator; however we strongly suggest that they do to help market the product in their territory. We also offer incentives to our integrators who hit and exceed their sales targets.

Prior to becoming an Integrator or receiving any pricing or manuals, we ask that the interested party submits the form of interest at the link below, and signs a non-disclosure form. At which time we receive it we will then supply all the manuals and pricing.

Global Wind Group products are generally available from stock however large orders may require up to 5 weeks to produce. GWG is continues with its research and development of new products to offer our Integrators and Distributors.
