Alex Stuart, Vice President Technical Development / Founding Partner
Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Alex attended the University of Guelph and graduated with a B.Sc. In Human Kinetics. After graduation Alex relocated to Winnipeg, Manitoba to work for the Provincial Government as an Ergonomist. Alex has been an expert speaker at over 500 provincial and national conferences and delivered over two hundred training courses. Alex has been in integral part of provincial injury prevention strategies. An expert in work efficiency, and government policy, Alex brings a high-level perspective to Global Wind Group Inc. business. With three years of research and development in Global Wind Group Inc., Alex has kept product focus on meeting the renewable energy needs of the customer in an affordable and accessible way.
Justin Phillips, Vice President Business Development / Founding Partner
An entrepreneur at heart, Justin takes pride in the tremendous success he has achieved having owned and operated a start up business in marketing, publishing and web development which was acquired by a local IT firm in 2005. Prior to joining Global Wind Group Inc., Justin represented the North American market as Sales Manager, with Pollard Banknote Limited, an international high security printer of lottery scratch tickets. Justin’s solid background in sales and marketing, is supported by his experience as an entrepreneur and his Honors Diploma in hotel and restaurant management. Justin is currently studying at the University of Winnipeg on a part-time basis working towards a Masters in Business Administration.
